All of our products are custom-made on demand and are fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful. Because each piece is uniquely crafted to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a manufacturing issue or the item arrives damaged.
Shipping Details:
Once your order is placed, Printful handles all aspects of production and shipping. Standard production and delivery times vary by location, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns and Refunds:
Since each item is created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
